Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This page explains how Inside Out Connection collects, stores and uses your information, and what that means for you.
The information we collect
When you reach out or work with us, we may collect basic information such as your name, contact details, and relevant personal history. This helps us provide you with appropriate support.
If you use the contact form or booking system on this website, that information comes to us directly.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to help us understand how people find and use the site. This uses cookies to collect anonymous data such as which pages were visited and how long was spent on them. No personally identifiable information is collected through Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we store your information
Your information is stored securely. We do not share it with anyone outside of what is needed to provide your care, except where we are required to by law.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions stays between us, with two exceptions. We are legally required to act if there is serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or if a court requires us to produce records. Where sessions are funded through Victims Services NSW or a private health insurer, relevant administrative information is shared with that organisation for billing purposes only.
Your rights
You can request access to the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at hello@insideoutconnection.com.au.
Questions or concerns
If you have any questions about how your information is handled, please get in touch at hello@insideoutconnection.com.au. If you feel your privacy has been breached you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
